Job Description
We’re partnering with a long-standing, privately owned real estate business to appoint a Senior Development Project Manager. With an established reputation and a diverse pipeline of projects spanning PBSA, BTR, logistics, office, and hotel assets, the company is entering a period of strong growth and is looking for someone who can take on a pivotal role in driving its next phase.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and deliver multiple development projects from inception through to completion, managing programme, budget, and quality throughout.
- Take ownership of risk management, reporting, and project governance.
- Provide senior stakeholders with clear strategic advice and project recommendations.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, consultants, and partners.
Candidate Profile
- 8–10 years’ experience in real estate project management, with exposure to residential, logistics, and ideally office projects.
- A technical foundation in building surveying or similar.
- Demonstrable experience leading the delivery of £20m–£50m+ schemes as project lead or employer’s agent.
- Strong understanding of contract administration (JCT) and end-to-end project delivery.
- Confident in front of clients, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Previous involvement in early-stage development or feasibility work would be advantageous.
- Commercially minded, proactive, and motivated to take real ownership.
