Overview
I am currently partnered with one of London’s most active Developers as they develop and deliver active schemes and look to acquire more. A truly mixed-use Developer that I am sure you’ll have heard of, this is an opportunity to work with one of the highest regarded and well backed firms in the sector.
Working predominantly across the living sector, the role sits within the Development team and would have a focus on Development Management but also includes acquisition work. As a result, this role is highly numerical and will require an analytical skillset as well as strong Development Management experience across design and planning.
The role offers the opportunity to lead and run projects from pre-acquisition, funding, development, delivery and exit.
Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to development projects from pre-acquisition through to delivery and exit.
- Engage in acquisition work and support / manage development opportunities.
- Coordinate with design, planning, and delivery teams to achieve project milestones.
Qualifications
- An estimated minimum of 6 years’ experience in Real Estate Development.
- A proven track record of achieving planning consent for London-based schemes.
- Excellent numerical skills and experience of managing models and working with funders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at various stages in the lifecycle.
- Strong work ethic and a self-start attitude.
