My client are a boutique real estate investment manager with a Pan-European portfolio of mixed assets with a strong ESG focus. Against market challenges they've been successful in raising recent funds and have been active in deploying capital across their markets and strategies. Having successfully grown the portfolio they're looking to strengthen the Asset Management team and bring in a Senior Asset Manager/Associate Director with a focus on London offices.
This is a full cycle asset management role encompassing landlord and tenant, leasing, refurbishment/capex projects, stakeholder management and portfolio reporting. Please note this is not a property management position, they use managing agents across the portfolio.
As Senior Asset Manager/Associate Director you are expected to lead across your own portfolio and as such we're looking for people with clear demonstrable experience within asset management, ideally offices or logistics, to hit the ground running. Although an entrepreneurial boutique business their fundamentals are based upon delivering best practice and as such profiles from or with experience of institutions, REITs or similar will be highly regarded.
Strong numeracy and communication skills are essential. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a dynamic and forward-thinking property business with a growing portfolio and ambitious plans for the future. Salary £80k - £100k plus package and bonus.
