Real Estate Asset Manager

Our client is a coveted London-based Investment Manager looking for a Real Estate Asset Manager to join its team and support the Head of Asset Management.

Role & Requirements:

The Real Estate Asset Manager role centres on supporting asset management team and delivering the asset level business plans across the company\’s UK portfolio (predominantly offices, retail and industrial).

It\’s expected the right candidate would have 2-4 years\’ experience in an Asset Management or Asset Management Analysis.

The position will entail but not be limited to the following responsibilities:

• Leading interface with tenants on their assets and nurturing landlord and tenant relationship
• Liaising with letting agents and key local stakeholders
• Overseeing refurbishment projects
• Providing quarterly board reporting and business planning.

Salary is circa £50k base plus package and bonus.

With a number of deals on the go they would like someone to join asap, only those with 4 weeks notice period can be considered currently.
