We’re recruiting a Project Director for a leading name across London development with a very strong pipeline of projects. This is a true client side position, you’ll work closely with the investment and development teams to formulate strategy and programme on a portfolio of projects including office, living and life science. The pipeline includes a number of large and complex new build projects with signature architects, as such it is imperative you have delivered projects over 250k sqft, ideally in London. My client is open to candidate background be it already client side, consultancy or contractor but you must have delivered relevant large projects. This is a project management position, although the role will have a large development interface the key facet of the position is to deliver buildings through construction. Experience across multi-phase schemes will be highly regarded. Salary c.£150k plus package.
