I am recruiting a Senior Development Project Manager to join one of London’s best known Developers. The company are behind some of the cities best known regeneration schemes and have an exceptional pipeline of projects across various schemes. They are currently entering a significant stage of delivery at one of the key sites and are looking for a Senior Development Project Manager to lead the delivery of living schemes.

As Senior Development Project Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of high density schemes through construction from various stages including detailed design. The role will also see you work closely with the wider Development team, managing internal and external stakeholders, external consultants and contractors. As such, you will need to have demonstrable experience delivering high density living projects in London.

The Senior Development Project Manager role will include:

  • Overall responsibility to manage delivery of numerous projects
  • Management of external Professional teams, including Project Management, QS and EA’s
  • Management of the contractor, including ensuring planning conditions are satisfied
  • Management of project finance and budgets
  • Experience as a Project Manager, ideally on the client side
  • Experience managing either Tier 1 or Tier 2 Main Contractor
  • Discretionary bonus
