A private equity-backed real estate investor is hiring a Senior Asset Manager to lead strategy and performance across its UK commercial portfolio. Investment, development and operations are managed in-house, keeping capital decisions and delivery closely aligned. The role has a strong investment focus - asset managers work closely with a high-calibre team, shaping strategies, driving execution and ensuring assets deliver to the business plan.
You will run business plans end-to-end across a commercial portfolio: leading leasing, re-gears, refurbishments and capital projects, while overseeing the AM team.
- Deliver asset-level business plans and performance targets
- Lead leasing and re-gearing activity to optimise income and value
- Oversee budgets, forecasts, liquidity and financing requirements
- Manage external agents, property managers and operating partners
- Oversee the asset management team, ensuring clarity, pace and consistency
- Work with investment and development colleagues on refurbishments, repositioning and disposals
- Feed into reforecasts, capital planning and investor reporting
