Whilst strong financial and analytical skills are important, this is far from a traditional modelling role. Instead, you'll take ownership of projects across the full development lifecycle, gaining exposure to planning, design development, consultant management, procurement, leasing strategy, project delivery and commercial decision-making.
You'll work directly alongside an exceptional Development Director with an outstanding track record of delivering landmark office developments, providing a unique opportunity to develop into a well-rounded development professional.
