I’m recruiting a Head of Projects for a London-based property investment and development platform with a growing portfolio across industrial and commercial assets. The business is privately owned, well capitalised and has been active over the past 12 months, deploying capital and recycling it through acquisitions and disposals. With cash available and a clear growth strategy, the intention is to scale the portfolio over the next few years, with industrial and logistics at the core.
This is an end-to-end project delivery role. You’ll run projects from early-stage feasibility and front-end input through planning, procurement, construction and handover. Day-to-day focus sits on the industrial and logistics pipeline, alongside responsibility across the wider portfolio.
The role reports directly to the CEO and sits within a lean, collaborative and highly regarded senior team. The ideal candidate will have delivered industrial and logistics schemes, alongside projects across mixed-use or multiple asset classes, ideally from a client-side delivery role. Strong technical project management capability and proven experience running multiple projects concurrently are essential.
This is a significant role within the business, suited to someone comfortable operating with responsibility, pace and visibility, and who wants to play a central part in scaling a platform with capital ready to deploy.
