We are seeking an experienced Legal Advisor / Consultant to support a leading pan-European real estate investment manager on a flexible, part-time basis (circa 2–3 days per week).
This role will focus on enhancing and institutionalising the firm’s internal reporting frameworks, policies, and procedures to meet the expectations of a sophisticated global investor base.
Key Responsibilities:- Review, design, and implement robust legal and operational policies and procedures
- Enhance reporting frameworks to align with institutional investor standards
- Ensure governance processes are consistent, scalable, and fit for a pan-European platform (UK experience most key at this stage)
- Provide practical legal input across business operations, with a focus on risk mitigation and compliance
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive best-in-class process improvements
- Qualified lawyer or experienced legal professional (in-house or private practice)
- Strong experience within real estate, private markets, or asset management environments
- Demonstrated ability to implement institutional-grade policies and governance frameworks
- Commercially minded with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach
- Comfortable operating in a flexible, advisory capacity with senior stakeholders
