I'm working with a commercial property investor and developer on an AM hire. The business has a strong track record across Central and Greater London - offices, hotels, mixed-use and retail - covering refurbishment, development and asset management, backed by institutional capital and operating with a lean, high quality team. This is an excellent early career opportunity to gain significant exposure - lease events, capex, business planning and investor reporting - across an established portfolio working directly alongside experienced principals.

Why this role?

  • Full AM remit across a mixed-use Central London portfolio with an office focus
  • Direct access to founding directors - long-standing institutional relationships, deep market knowledge
  • Active refurbishment and development programmes across the portfolio with capital allocated and ready to deploy
  • Small team, visible contribution, fast progression
  • £50,000 - £60,000 plus bonus and package

What you'll do

  • Hands-on asset management - monitoring income, capital value and operational performance against investment objectives
  • Lead lease renewals, re-gears, new lettings and tenant negotiations across the portfolio
  • Facilitate refurbishment and redevelopment projects - managing agents, solicitors, consultants and contractors through cost control and programme delivery
  • Oversee outsourced property managers on service levels, budgets, service charge and arrears
  • Prepare and review asset business plans, valuations and performance reports for board and investors

About you

  • 2–5 years’ experience with Central London office exposure
  • GP, AM, fund valuation or lease advisory background
  • Robust understanding of asset management and property investment fundamentals essential
  • Self-sufficient in running lease transactions end to end
  • Strong cashflow analysis and Excel skills

This is an opportunity to gain significant exposure and responsibility within a well-capitalised Central London platform with a strong track record over two decades. If this feels like the right move for your career, apply below and I'll be in touch to discuss.
