I am currently working with a globally recognised institution who own and operate a large mixed portfolio of schemes in central London. They are also an active Developer currently working across a large scale, mixed-use masterplan.
My client is looking to appoint an Analyst to take the lead on financial modeling and appraisals across new opportunities, Developments and standing assets within the portfolio.
The Investment and Development Manager will:
- Assess and appraise new potential acquisitions for the portfolio
- Build development appraisals to assess best use for projects
- Manage and maintain cashflows across a wide variety of schemes
- Build models from scratch when needed and applicable for projects
- Assess assets within the portfolio for development or disposal
The successful applicant will:
- Have 1 - 2 years either as an analyst or another role in Real Estate which requires modelling
- Have experience building models from scratch
- Be able to update, manipulate and manage models throughout a development process
- Be able to interpret and manipulate complex financial models
- Be comfortable working alongside a wider team
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000
