With financing already in place and significant institutional capital committed, the platform has the firepower to execute at pace. You’ll work directly with senior investors, gain full lifecycle experience, and be involved in multiple live transactions from day one.

What you’ll do:

- Prepare materials for Investment Committee and support decision‑making
- Work on a steady flow of live transactions from acquisition through to asset management and disposal
- Maintain portfolio and fund models for ongoing reporting and analysis
- Assist with debt structuring, financing, and investor presentations

About you:
- 2–5 years’ experience in Real Estate Investment Management or Private Equity, ideally with exposure to industrial or logistics assets
- Proven ability to build detailed financial models from scratch in Excel
- Excellent academic background with strong analytical and numerical skills
- Highly driven, ambitious, and motivated by deal exposure and execution
- Strong on detail, proactive, and confident managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communicator with the ability to present clearly to senior stakeholders
