We’re hiring a Real Estate Investment Analyst to join a fast-growing, impact-driven investment manager based in Central London. They operate a vertically integrated model and are backed by long-term family office capital – with decisions made in-house.
This is an opportunity to play a key role in a lean team that’s raised capital and has been actively doing deals in a challenging market. You’ll work directly with senior investors, gain full lifecycle experience, and be involved in live transactions from day one. The team has low turnover, is non-hierarchical and collaborative.

What you’ll do
- Underwrite and model new investment opportunities
- Prepare IC presentations and support investment decisions
- Track deals from acquisition through to asset management
- Maintain portfolio models and support financial reporting
- Assist with debt structuring and investor presentations
- Conduct market research and collaborate across acquisition and asset management teams
About you
- 1–3 years’ experience in real estate investment, private equity, or investment banking
- Central London office exposure essential; industrial or logistics useful
- Strong financial modelling and underwriting skills in Excel
- Strong on detail, proactive, and confident managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communicator and collaborative team player
