Our client is a leading asset management firm in London looking for an Associate Asset Manager to join its team. This role offers a valuable chance to work closely with industry experts in a high-energy, collaborative environment. The Associate will be based in London and will work across Europe.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in Danish, Dutch, German, Norwegian or Swedish. If you are fluent in another European language, please feel free to still apply.

The Role:

The role centres on supporting asset management across various invested platforms, managing client assets, and driving business plan execution across European operations. You will provide:

  • Analysis of the financial models across different investor platforms to monitor asset and deal level returns
  • Onboarding of new acquisitions into the existing investment portfolios
  • Determine the financial viability of refurbishment projects
  • Prepare and review timely asset management reports

Qualifications:

We are looking to speak with candidates with between 2-5 years’ experience at a top-tier investment bank, private equity, or real estate investment firm. The candidate must have the following qualifications:

  • Strong academic record
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills including financial modelling and basic corporate finance theory
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills
  • Must speak either German, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Dutch. Other European language is a bonus.
