A well‑funded, acquisitive real estate investment business is seeking a Fund Accounting Director to lead finance, tax and investor reporting across its UK ventures. Reporting to the European CFO, this role offers broad oversight of financial operations and close partnership with the investment team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead quarterly and annual fund reporting
- Manage outsourced accounting, tax advisers and property manager deliverables
- Oversee audits from tender to sign‑off
- Manage liquidity, banking and debt servicing
- Support acquisitions, valuations and debt arrangements
- Ensure compliance across tax and company secretarial requirements
Candidate Profile
- Circa 7–12+ years in real estate fund accounting or controller roles
- Strong NAV oversight, valuations, debt and audit leadership experience
