Company: Boutique Property Client Representative (Founded by Developer)

We are recruiting a Development Project Manager position for a Development Manager/Client Representative business born from the success of a longstanding prime residential developer who has recently pivoted focus. Drawing on their decades of experience delivering high-end homes and boutique developments across London and the Home Counties, they now act on behalf of high-net-worth individuals to manage and deliver their personal property interests. Their projects range from one-off private residences to discreet multi-unit developments, across London’s most prestigious postcodes, the home counties and also prime international hot spots. They bring a developer’s commercial acumen, a designer’s attention to detail, and a client’s perspective to every commission.

The Role

We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Development Project Manager/Property Client Representative to join their growing team. You will act as the trusted advisor and project lead for their private clients, overseeing the delivery of complex, design-led residential projects from concept through completion. Dependant upon experience it is expected you will lead on one or two projects reporting to the Director of the business who is always at hand for advice/guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the clients’ interests across all stages of planning, design, construction, and handover.
  • Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic advice on project feasibility, procurement, and value engineering.
  • Oversee budgets, programmes, and quality to ensure projects meet the client’s expectations.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with discerning clients and industry partners.

About You

  • Background in project management, development management, or client representation (4/5+ years’ experience ideally).
  • Experience in prime or super-prime residential projects is preferred, at the very least residentially biased project experience.
  • Commercially astute with excellent attention to detail and design awareness.
  • Confident, polished, and credible when dealing with HNW clients and professional teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset suited to a growing, dynamic business where you can make a real impact.
  • Additional European languages would be very highly regarded: French, Italian or Spanish.
  • An openness to occasional travel also highly regarded but definitely not essential.

This is a rare opportunity to get into something early that can offer real growth potential and career development.
