I am currently looking for a Development Manager to join a business that is synonymous with the London Skyline, and the development and delivery of high quality projects. They are currently looking for a Development Manager to support the Development Director work across a mixed-use project in a Grade A central London location. The project consists of Hotel, PBSA, Commercial and Retail.

The role of Development Manager would see you support the Development Director through the early stages of the project, but also, when required, take the lead on design team meetings as well as planning. This role would suit someone with strong living Development experience, circa 5 years PQE, who is looking to join a truly exceptional Developer and grow their career.

The Development Manager's responsibilities will include:

  • Carry out detailed financial appraisals, and manage cash flow of scheme
  • Manage and lead external professional teams
  • Support Development Director across all day-to-day responsibilities
  • Manage key internal and external stakeholders
  • Run design and planning team meetings
  • Ensure successful planning application or project

The Development Manager will have:

  • Client side experience working on residential / living assets in London
  • Circa 5 years’ experience PQE
  • Experience working on central London planning applications
  • Experience managing cash flows
  • Interest in new technology, AI and Workstreams

Salary and benefits: Β£75000 Discretionary Bonus
