Asset Manager / Senior Asset Manager – PERE

We’re looking for a Senior / Asset Manager to join a private equity–backed industrial & logistics real estate investment and asset management platform in Central London.

This is a hands‑on role within a fast‑growing, institutionally backed business that is scaling a substantial UK and European portfolio. With significant capital committed and a clear growth mandate, the platform is actively acquiring and operating large multi‑let estates and complex commercial sites, offering the opportunity to manage high‑profile assets from day one.

You’ll work directly with senior leadership and play a material role in shaping and delivering asset‑level business plans across a diverse portfolio. This is an ideal environment for someone who wants genuine responsibility, operational depth, and the chance to grow quickly as the platform expands.

The role blends asset management, leasing, operations, and development oversight, giving broad exposure and a clear progression path as the platform continues to scale. As the team grows over the next 12–24 months, there is meaningful scope for advancement for someone who is organised, commercially minded, and ready to take the lead.

What you’ll do:

• Support and then take ownership of multi‑let commercial estates
• Deliver asset‑level business plans, driving leasing, operations, and value‑add initiatives
• Oversee day‑to‑day management, reporting, and estate performance across a varied portfolio
• Coordinate with agents, advisors, and consultants to execute leasing, management, and capex strategies
• Work closely with the investment team on onboarding new acquisitions and early‑stage planning
• Contribute to development‑related activity across a small but active pipeline
• Maintain organised processes across multiple assets, tenancies, and workstreams
• Support senior leadership on portfolio reporting, budgeting, and operational reviews

About you:

• 3–6 years’ Asset Management experience with exposure to Industrial or Logistics assets
• Surveying background ideal; Property Management, Leasing or Finance also considered
• Experience managing multi‑let commercial estates, leasing and occupier relationships
• MRICS preferred but not essential
• Strong organisational and operational skills, capable of managing multiple estates simultaneously
• Confident working with external agents, consultants and supply chain partners
• Commercially aware, proactive, and comfortable stepping into a role with real responsibility
• Strong numerical skills – you understand modelling but will not be required to build models
• Motivated by joining a growing platform where you can shape your role and progress quickly
