Our client, a pan-European industrial and logistics investment, development and asset management firm, is seeking an Asset Manager to join their team. Backed by institutional capital, they manage a substantial portfolio with a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach. The business fosters a culture of ownership and autonomy, making this an ideal opportunity for a motivated Property Manager or Asset Manager looking to take the next step toward a future leadership role.
Reporting to the Head of Asset Management, you’ll have full exposure across the asset lifecycle, delivering value across a prime UK logistics and industrial portfolio. You’ll be responsible for executing asset management strategies to include:
- Preparations for sale
- Rent reviews
- Renewals
- Re-gears
- Refurbishments
- Capex projects
You’ll also work closely with tenants, investors, and third-party teams, supporting acquisitions and disposals where required. The ideal candidate will be MRICS qualified with at least 1-year PQE and a strong understanding of the logistics/industrial sectors. Strong financial modelling, analytical skills, and the confidence to negotiate, communicate, and build relationships are essential, along with a proactive mindset and sharp commercial instincts to spot and capitalise on opportunities.
