We are working with an award winning and extremely well backed residential developer who are looking for an Asset Manager to join their team.
The successful candidate will:
- Have a relevant degree - Finance, Economics, Maths or Real Estate
- Have 3-6 years' experience in Real Estate in an Investment or Asset Management role that requires strong technical and analytical skills.
- Be a polished, confident professional with strong investor-facing skills to manage and present to a demanding investor base (US PE to EU institutions).
- MUST be able to demonstrate past experience engaging with investors and understands the expectations of different investor types (e.g., institutional vs. local authority housing).
Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day asset management of operational and development portfolios, analysing financial and operational performance vs business plan
- Prepare internal and external reports, present project performance findings to investors
- Develop collaborative and trusting relationships with key stakeholders
- Handle core asset management duties with a focus on relationship management and pitching to current and potential investors.
- Negotiate contracts with third-party providers/suppliers, build relationships, monitor KPIs, manage payments and provide input on corrective action as required.
