- £100,000 to £120,000 base (based on experience) + bonus

Higher Capital Consulting have partnered with a well-capitalised global mid-cap Private Equity firm working across pan-European real estate transactions with a high-profile leadership team.
The team is looking for a technically strong asset manager with experience managing investments across the capital stack (including direct and JV investments).
The successful candidate will help drive that asset class strategy and execute the business plan.
This role is less focused on traditional/hands-on asset management and is more technical in nature. As such, the successful candidate must possess highly advanced financial modelling skills. They should be capable of building complex structures from the ground up and have proven experience doing so in their most recent role, likely within a bank, fund, or top-tier advisory firm.
