I am looking for an Analyst or Senior Analyst to join a very well capitalised investment manager with a focus on Single Family Housing and Purpose Built Student Accommodation. With significant funding available and a strong desire to build on their already substantial portfolio, they are looking to grow the investment team. The role is highly analytical and will require the incumbent to support the senior team by doing the heavy lifting on due diligence for new opportunities that arise. It will require you to be proactive in chasing down values and sourcing information.

The Analysts / Senior role will include:

  • Underwrite robust models to evaluate purchases
  • Undertaking extensive research and compiling data on schemes and sites
  • Work with Agents and screening all new potential opportunities
  • Work with senior teams to support their requirements
  • Help prepare and create investment documents to present to IC

The successful candidate is likely to have:

  • 2-4 years’ experience as a Real Estate Analyst working in the living sector
  • Experience as an analyst in Single Family housing would be preferential
  • Very strong numerical skills and working with financial models (building from scratch is not essential)
  • Willingness to take on a lot of heavy lifting and work to source the right values and inputs

Salary and package £60,000 - £80,000 Circa 20% bonus Wider benefits plan
