We are seeking a compassionate and resilient Behaviour Support Mentor to build meaningful and positive relationships with students, supporting them to access learning, regulate emotions and navigate the challenges of secondary school life. Highdown School and Sixth Form are looking for a Behaviour Support Mentor who is eager to join our highly skilled team and play a key role in shaping students' academic journey.
You will provide calm and reliable support around the school, creating a welcoming, safe and structured environment for all students. The role involves supporting key students in lessons, providing guidance during unstructured social times, assisting with the Behaviour Hub (Bridge) where needed, and working closely with our pastoral, SEN and safeguarding teams.
You should be a highly motivated and successful individual who is willing to contribute to all aspects of the school vision. Experience of working with young people in schools, youth work, mentoring or similar environments would be desirable.
