Highdown School and Sixth Form Centre is seeking a proactive Sixth Form Welfare Lead to support student wellbeing, attendance and pastoral care within the Sixth Form. The role emphasises safeguarding, bursary administration and accurate record keeping in a collaborative environment.
You will lead Year 12 mentoring, promote social and emotional development, and act as a key contact for students, parents and external partners. It is a permanent post within a supportive GLF Schools team.
