Highcross Shopping Centre is seeking a Building Services Operative/Fabric Engineer to work on-site within a team delivering planned preventative maintenance and building fabric tasks in a busy retail environment.

You will carry out planned and reactive maintenance, update PPM tasks on the CMMS, maintain safety standards, and coordinate subcontractors as required.

You will document work and ensure QA and health & safety procedures are followed at all times.
