Highcroft Vet Group are looking for a passionate and adaptable Veterinary Nurse to join their hospital nursing team. This role would cover all four departments, including exotics, surgery, wards, and clinics, and would suit someone with an interest in exotics and wanting to enhance their general knowledge. This is a full‑time role, working 40 hours a week across 4 days, 1:8 weekends, and up to 2 bank holidays per year on a rota‑d basis. We can also consider part‑time applications.

General duties would include:

  • Running nursing clinics and consults.
  • Monitoring anaesthetics during routine dental and neutering procedures.
  • Rotating across four sections of the hospital, including exotics, wards, surgery, and clinics.
  • Providing inpatient care across the wards and hospital.
  • Administering medication.
  • General administration duties such as patient paperwork and consent forms.

We are able to offer you:

  • Salary of ÂŁ27,000 to ÂŁ36,000 FTE depending on experience
