Operations Officer
Full Time, Permanent Grade 6 SCP 6 Actual Salary £16,326 (FTE: £26,847) 22.5 hours full time. 52 weeks including Inset days
We are looking to appoint an Operations Officer to support the Operations Manager with the smooth and efficient operation of the school. You should have the relevant administration skills to work under the supervision of the Operations Manager within strictly regulated activities and compliance frameworks across cover arrangements, calendar management, organisation of trips and visits, transport, room bookings, duty rotas, timetable administration and other operational activities.
Successful candidates may have relevant experience in one or more of these areas (or similar in another sector) and demonstrate the fluency, rigour and initiative required to operate successfully at this level. Training will be provided in school systems and processes, management information systems, timetabling and educational visits co-ordination.

The pro rata salary shown is based on the number of hours and weeks worked and paid annual leave entitlement for an employee under 5 years service.
