Job Title: Window Fitter Company Overview:Our client is a leading expert in double glazing, repair, and draught-proofing of sash windows serving East Anglia and Greater London. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. Position Summary:We are looking for a motivated and trustworthy individual to join their team as a Site Operative. The successful candidate will assist the site team leader in completing assigned tasks efficiently and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities: Support the site team leader with various tasks related to the repair and installation of sash windows. Display a strong attention to detail in all work performed. Meet deadlines and ensure that projects are completed within the allotted time frame. Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute positively to the work environment. Must be flexible, be prepared to travel, as the role may require working away from home, with additional pay and expenses provided for travel. Essential Skills: Strong attention to detail. Dependability and excellent punctuality. Some experience in carpentry. Ability to work well in a team. Motivated to complete tasks on time. Requirements: A valid driving license is essential. Willingness to comply with all safety and operational protocols. Job Details: Full-time position with a 6-month probationary period. Immediate start available. Compensation: Additional earning potential through a bonus scheme and commission pay. Benefits: Company pension plan for your future financial security. Schedule: Monday to Friday.
