We’re currently recruiting for a Welder / Fabricator to join a well-established team based in Dereham. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys seeing a job through from start to finish.

The role:

  • Carrying out MIG and TIG welding on mild steel and stainless steel
  • Fabricating components to required specifications
  • Reading and interpreting 3rd angle engineering drawings
  • Ensuring all work meets quality standards and customer requirements
  • Finishing and dressing completed work to a high standard
  • Working closely with colleagues and following supervisor instructions

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in welding and fabrication
  • Confident working with both MIG and TIG processes
  • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using hand tools (experience with power tools/machinery is a bonus)
  • A team player with good communication skills
  • A proactive approach to health & safety at all times
