Paint Shop Operatives – Automotive Manufacturing We are recruiting Paint Shop Operatives to join a busy automotive manufacturing site. This is a hands-on production role working within the paint department, helping to ensure vehicle components and finished products meet the required quality standards. Duties will include: Preparing vehicle parts and panels ready for painting Masking, sanding, polishing and general surface preparation Carrying out visual quality checks and identifying paint defects Reworking or finishing components where required Loading and unloading parts within the paint process Following production, quality and health & safety procedures Keeping the work area clean and organised Working as part of a team to achieve daily production targets Previous experience within automotive, manufacturing, paint shop, bodyshop or production environments would be advantageous, although full training may be provided for the right candidates. You will need to be: Reliable and punctual Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Able to follow detailed work instructions Quality focused with good attention to detail Happy carrying out practical, repetitive work Able to work effectively as part of a team
