My client based near Costessey are seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join their fast-paced team. In this role, you will support the Warehouse Supervisor with day-to-day warehouse operations, including managing a small team, inventory control, order fulfilment and maintaining safety standards. This is a very hands-on role.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, excellent organisational abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. This is a temporary to permanent position, and candidates must have experience leading a small team in a similar warehouse or fulfilment environment.

Warehouse team leader working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm. Due to location, own transport is essential.
