Our client is seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join their engineering team, delivering reliable and efficient electrical support across a busy production site.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for maintaining operational efficiency by minimising downtime and ensuring all electrical systems are running safely and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across the site
  • Respond rapidly to breakdowns, minimising disruption to production
  • Complete all work to a high standard, safely and within required timeframes
  • Support and contribute to engineering maintenance strategies
  • Work closely with production to prioritise tasks in line with business needs
  • Maintain a clean, organised workshop and ensure all tools are safe and fit for purpose
  • Complete accurate job reports and maintenance records each shift
  • Support the Shift Leader to ensure the smooth running of operations
  • Source and order non-stock parts when required
  • Undertake any additional duties as requested by Engineering or Senior Management
