Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Construction Manager with Temporary Works experience to oversee site operations and ensure the successful delivery of projects throughout the UK.
The Role
As Construction Manager, you will take ownership of site-based activities from pre-construction through to project completion. You will coordinate installation teams, subcontractors and clients while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget. A key element of this role will be the management and coordination of Temporary Works, ensuring all temporary structures and systems are designed, implemented and managed in accordance with statutory and company requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple installation and construction projects simultaneously.
- Plan, coordinate and supervise site operations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, designers and others.
