Houston Hot Chicken is coming in hot, and we’re looking for brilliant Team Members to join our Dark Kitchen team.
This is all about bringing the heat behind the scenes. You’ll be preparing and cooking seriously good food, keeping every order accurate and looking great, and making sure it’s ready to head out the door fast.
Every shift will be busy, energetic and full of flavour.
What you’ll be doing
- Preparing and cooking food to our recipes and quality standards
- Making sure every order is fresh, accurate and ready to go
- Packing orders carefully for collection and delivery
- Setting up and stocking workstations ready for service
- Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and safe
- Supporting with deliveries and stock
- Working closely with the team to keep service running smoothly
- Supporting opening and closing tasks
- Bringing energy, pace and attention to detail to every shift
What we’re looking for
You don’t need to have done it all before. Previous kitchen, restaurant, takeaway or quick-service experience would be helpful, but a brilliant attitude matters most.
You’ll bring:
