'Leaders and staff have extremely high expectations for all aspects of school life' (OFSTED, September 2022) Highbury Fields School is seeking to appoint a highly organised, enthusiastic and motivated Sixth Form Co-ordinator and Marketing Officer to join our talented and committed staff community. Applications are welcome from experienced administrators and communications professionals, as well as graduates looking to develop their career in a dynamic and rewarding educational environment. The Sixth Form Co-ordinator and Marketing Officer will play a pivotal role in the successful day-to-day operation of our sixth form. Working closely with the Director of Sixth Form, Deputy Director of Sixth Form and wider school staff, they will provide high-quality administrative support, oversee key sixth form processes, monitor attendance and student data, and contribute to systems that help students thrive academically and socially. The successful candidate will also lead on promoting the sixth form and the wider school community, supporting the development of marketing materials, maintaining the school website, publicising events, photographing school activities and helping to strengthen the school's profile across the local community. They will contribute to open evenings, transition events, admissions processes and student progression programmes, ensuring that prospective students and families experience the very best of Highbury Fields School. This varied and exciting role will involve working closely with senior leaders, staff, students, families and external organisations. The successful applicant will make a significant contribution to both the success of our sixth form students and the continued growth and reputation of the school. The successful candidate will understand the importance of strong organisation, positive relationships and effective communication in supporting young people.
