An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and commercially driven Business Development Manager to join a well-established and rapidly growing organisation operating within the fleet services sector. The Opportunity

Working across your designated region, you'll focus on winning new business from medium and large fleet operators, helping customers improve efficiency, reduce operating costs, and enhance service performance through innovative fleet management solutions. You'll manage the entire sales process, from prospecting and relationship building through to negotiation and contract award. This is a field-based position suited to someone who thrives in a consultative sales environment and enjoys developing business from scratch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across your territory
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting and networking
  • Engage with senior stakeholders including Fleet Managers, Procurement Teams, Operations Directors, and Business Owners
  • Conduct consultative sales meetings to understand customer requirements and deliver tailored solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to contract completion
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and close profitable long-term partnerships
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting
  • Stay informed on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
