Highbridge Resourcing are a social care agency and we are recruiting a (minimum) level 3 qualified Support Worker to work with a young person on a 2 to 1 package based in Weston Super Mare. The young person is a female aged between 16-21 years old and she has complex mental health needs. The support worker role is available on a temporary long term basis and requires commitment and stability to enable effective support.
