Job Role: Senior Residential Support Worker – Young People with emotional and behavioual needs
- Leading shifts, supporting staff, and ensuring smooth handovers
- Supporting children with routines, school, hobbies, and emotional wellbeing
- Being a key point of contact for professionals and family members
- Handling shift audits, safety checks, and helping manage rotas
- Assisting with supervisions, recruitment, and leadership development
