Job Role: Residential Support Worker – Young People with emotional and behavioual needs
- Supporting morning and bedtime routines, meals, school prep and daily structure
- Encouraging hobbies and activities like sports, video games, arts, or music
- Helping with homework and promoting emotional wellbeing
- Writing reports and maintaining records to meet compliance
- Keeping the house clean, welcoming, and organised
- Supporting contact with family, holidays, special events and outings
- Administering basic medical care, including medication
