Highbridge Resourcing are a Social Care Agency and we are recruiting a level 3 qualified Support Worker to work with a vulnerable young female on a 2 to 1 care package based in Weston Super Mare. The young person is in her 20's and has complex mental health needs. She lives in her own accommodation and she requires a support worker to join the existing team.
