Job Title: Temporary Head Nanny (Arabic Speaking)

Location: Mayfair, London

Duration: June 26 – August 18

Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM, six days a week

Compensation: Β£2000 – Β£2500 per week

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced, organized, and proactive Head Nanny who is fluent in Arabic to coordinate a dedicated team of six nannies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childcare and experience in managing schedules and activities for children aged 2 to 14.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate the daily activities and schedules for six nannies.
  • Plan and book age-appropriate activities for children, ensuring a balanced and engaging experience.
  • Communicate effectively with nannies to ensure smooth operation and address any issues that arise.
  • Maintain a structured and safe environment for children.
  • Develop and implement routines that cater to the needs of each child and promote their development.
  • Provide guidance and support to nannies as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Arabic (both spoken and written).
  • Proven experience as a nanny or in a childcare coordination role.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to create engaging and educational activities for various age groups.
  • CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
