Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced, discreet, and service-oriented Butler/Housekeeper to oversee and manage all household operations within a one-bedroom residence. The primary focus will be on supporting the principal in maintaining a high standard of living. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a deep understanding of luxury service, uphold the highest standards of hospitality, and proactively ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the household.

Key Responsibilities:

Hospitality:

• Provide formal table service during mealtimes.

• Prepare and serve beverages (tea, coffee, etc.) as required.

Nutrition:

• Oversee food and household item shopping, sourcing fresh organic produce whenever possible.

• Unpack food deliveries.

• Follow recipes, manage grocery lists, and prepare meals as needed.

Household Management:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the household.

• Manage laundry and ironing duties with precision.

• Ensure that household supplies are stocked and well-organized.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Assist with event planning and preparation as required.

• Maintain an inventory of household items.

• Uphold confidentiality and respect the privacy of the principal.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar role within a private household or luxury service environment.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• A valid driver's license is preferred.
