We are seeking an exceptional Norland Nanny or an elite career nanny with equivalent qualifications and experience to join a high-profile football family based in Birmingham. The role is five days per week, approximately 45–50 hours, with flexibility being absolutely key due to the family’s lifestyle and football schedule.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience working with VIP, HNW or UHNW private families and fully understand the discretion, adaptability and professionalism required within a high‑profile household. The ideal candidate will be warm, highly experienced, proactive and confident, with a genuine passion for child development. You will provide the highest standard of care while creating a happy, structured and engaging environment for the children.
