Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the M&A Partner to lead client engagements and deliver innovative tax solutions
- Conduct tax due diligence for acquisitions and disposals alongside the corporate finance team
- Provide expert advice on pre-transaction structuring, demergers, restructuring and inheritance tax (IHT)
- Serve as a primary contact for clients, offering sophisticated M&A tax advice while managing technical risks
- Produce high quality tax reports and documentation with minimal oversight
