I'm looking for an experienced Senior Benefits Project Manager to support a major EMEA benefits transformation programme on a contract basis.

This role would suit someone who can bring structure, pace and strong governance to complex benefits work, partnering with HR, finance, vendors and senior stakeholders to improve policies, processes, controls and delivery.

Key focus areas include project planning, stakeholder management, benefits documentation, invoice and cost tracking, reporting, governance materials and continuous improvement across EMEA benefits operations.

You'll need strong project management experience, excellent attention to detail, confidence working with senior stakeholders and the ability to turn complex activity into clear actions and outcomes.
