Job Purpose To support the delivery of the school's lettings programme by ensuring facilities are prepared, customers are supported, and the site remains safe, secure, and clean.
- Act as a first point of contract for hirers with a friendly, professional approach.
- Assist customers with access, setup and queries during bookings.
- Prepare facilities in line with booking requirements.
- Ensure all areas are clean, tidy and ready for use before and after lettings.
- Monitor site condition and report any damages or issues.
- Ensure the site remains secure during lettings.
- Follow safeguarding and health and safety procedures.
- Monitor the lettings portal for updates and notifications.
- Respond to minor issues and elevate where necessary.
- Uphold the school's ethos and values at all times.
- To notify the Cleaning Supervisor or Premises Manager of any damage to buildings and equipment or of anything you see that may be dangerous to students and/or staff.
- To assist as necessary with the cleaning up after break-in or vandalism at the school.
- To demonstrate a responsible attitude to health and safety issues and have due regard for their personal safety and that of others.
- To undertake any other duties, appropriate to the grade, which may be required, as directed by the Principal.
