Higham Ferrers Nursery and Infant School is seeking a compassionate Family Support Worker to join the pastoral team on a permanent contract.
You will support families to overcome barriers to engagement, attendance and wellbeing, strengthening link between home and school.
You will deliver early help interventions, support attendance and behaviour, liaise with external agencies and help ensure every child is supported to thrive both at home and in school.
