For Companies We are a global consulting firm seeking a consultant to support on us a project.
Project Brief: 6-week diagnostic to identify opportunities to optimize guest-facing staff in theme parks while maintaining the same service and safety levels
Contractor Role: Support with specialist knowledge on theme park operations
The key is that we will want the contractor to help us understand areas of inefficiencies – expertise and experience in how tasks are run in a park will be essential
Contractor Profile:
– 10+ years of experience in the theme park business in the UK or US
– Experience running park operations on the ground (e.g., GM of park, Head of Operations, COO, Head of Operational Excellence)
– Has deep understanding of tasks in theme parks (e.g., ticketing, admissions, guest services, rider operations)
– Has deep understanding of staffing models
Time commitment: Part time – 0.5-2 days a week, with an estimation of ~3-4 days of engagement across the project
