For Companies Role: EMC Tester
Location: 3-5 days\’ work onsite depending on client activities through this time. Candidate need to be Portsmouth based.
Duration: 6 months
CONTRACTOR MUST BE ELIGIBLE FOR BPSS
Rate: £402/day Inside Ir35
MUST BE PAYE THROUGH UMBRELLA
Role Description:
• Able to prepare EMC test setup and execute the testing and make sure test specifications are followed in correct order.
• Closely work with clients to understand point of focus on the testing and help investigating EMC test failures
• Involve in Engaging with EMC test labs on behalf of clients and making sure timely closure of test schedule
• Formally Log test setup, product condition (before, during test and after test), and creating and maintaining clear test records
• Able to review EMC Test results and feedback consolidated view to clients on the findings.
• Able to co-ordinate and work with testing team, help maintaining the test facilities.
• Regularly monitor test equipment and reporting anomalies or faults
• Familiarity with EMC testing equipment\’s and standards for defense and Aerospace
• Ability to communicate clearly/confidently and in-deal with clients.
